PRATTS BOTTOM: Esso Chimes not appealing against license decision

11.37.25am GMT Thu 2nd Feb 2006

An email from Bromley Council's licensing officer has indicated that Esso Chimes will not be appealing against the decision taken last week by the Licensing Sub-Committee

Subject: ESSO CHIMES SERVICE STATION, CHELSFIELD

Dear Mr Borrowman

Further to your email of the 30th January 2006.

I've today received a letter from the Solicitors acting on behalf of the above premises.

They have indicated that they are happy to accept the Council's decision from the hearing.

I don't anticipate any appeal to the Magistrates' Court.

Regards
