Tories to scrap paving stones?

Bromley Council's Environment Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee, chaired by Chelsfield & Pratts Bottom Conservative Councillor Samaris Huntington-Thresher, is looking at using "black top" to replace paving stones across the borough to plug a hole in the Council's Environment budget.
