A Chelsfield & Pratts Bottom Conservative councillor who moved away from the area just after Easter, while still receiving his £10,000 a year allowance from Council Tax-payers, failed to turn up to an important meeting of the Council when his car broke down on the long journey from his home in Blackboys.

Tory Councillor Adrian Marshall has hardly been seen in Bromley Borough since he moved away from his Chelsfield Park home. He has left local residents without full representation for their Council Tax, while still receiving a monthly pay out.
